What we demolish
Démo-Mission does interior demolition for residential and commercial renovation projects across Greater Montreal. We work directly for owners or as a subcontractor to a general contractor.

Kitchen and bathroom demolition
For a kitchen or bathroom renovation, we remove only what has to go: cabinets, countertops, built-in appliances, tub and shower, toilet, vanity, tile, drywall and flooring. We protect the rest of the home and take the debris with us.
Full strip-out, down to the structure
Before a major renovation, we strip the whole unit (also called a gut job). Everything comes out: drywall and plaster, lath, insulation, ceilings, flooring, cabinets and fixtures. Only the structure, load-bearing walls and masonry remain, ready to rebuild.

How a project works
- Free quote. Describe the project with our online tool, with photos, or by phone. We can schedule a site visit if needed.
- Planning. We set the date with you or with the general contractor, taking access and building rules into account.
- Demolition. Our crew removes what is planned and protects what stays.
- Debris removal. Debris leaves the site, sorted and taken to the appropriate facilities. No dumpster for you to manage.
